Cloud Computing Transformation: A Business Vision Review, How and When to Use Clouds

The objective of this presentation is to review the Cloud Computing business impact, by showing how to transition between the current IT model and the new, fast provisioned utility IT model. We will explore different subjects like ITaaS, Hybrid models, business impact, costs, in addition to pros and cons in relation to the market offers vs. an in-house built cloud.

At the end of this 1.5 hour presentation, participants will have a practical vision on how to transform IT to take advantage of these technologies and methodologies. The participants will also have the information required to perform their own evaluations, that would help them in defining the transformation processes that would offer both practical and financial sense for their businesses. At the end, we will briefly review how EMC is helping customers to pursue the IT transformation to the Cloud.
