As I indicated above, PRCCUG is having a presentation on how to prepare and ensure compliance of the contract for Cloud Computing services. This topic is very important in requesting and contracting for Cloud Computing servicers. These contracts should be reviewed by IT personnel, senior mangemenment, and internal and external auditors. We should leave the presentation with the knowledge to determine what Cloud products and services are being offered, their availability, and costs. We will also know what to do when the contract is not enforced. Attendees can include Legal Office personnel, lawyers, senior managememnt personnel, IT personnel, and internal and external IT auditors. |
