Hi! Welcome to this May edition of the newsletter. Our April 6 meeting was a huge success with over 40 persons in attendance. I would like to thank Marco Ramos, Axel Robert, and Rory Rivera, who joined me that evening in discussing the challenges of Cloud Computing. I also wish to thank our sponsor, Mr. Luis A. In the wake of last week's outage of EC2 and RDS, Amazon will run a series of webinars about architecture and best practices.
The first in the series, about building fault-tolerant applications, will run May 2.
