Happy New Year!

Welcome to the 1st edition of 2010 of the Info-Governance eNewsletter. With this new year, I will continue to offer the IT, Governance, and Security, Audit, and Controls professional in Puerto Rico, the opportunity to obtain news of and attend the many monthly activities and seminars of the various IT and Governance Associations.

Being the beginnning of the year, many associations are still planning their activities and you will see that there are no activities planned for January, as of today. Attending these activities of the many associations will help those professionals that need the CPE credits necessary to maintain their certifications.

The major news this month has been the disaster in Haiti. As a Public Service Announcement, I have prepared a list of links for news and ways to contribute to helping our sister nation in the Caribbean. I hope you enjoy this edition.

As always, pease send suggestions and comments to jrobles@coqui.net or visit www.johnrrobles.com. If you no longer wish to receive the Info-Governance newsletter, unsubscribe.

ENJOY!

An important part of this newsletter is the identification of professional associations that provide training and seminars to information technology, governance, security, and other professionals in Puerto Rico. We will publish all activities and seminars of these associations so that each professional can select which seminar or training to attend for their own professional growth, as well as, the accumulation of Continuing Professional Credits for their certification requirements.
