In this new section I will be periodically publish a copy of "Tone at the Top", a monthly periodical, issue by the institute of internal auditors for Senior Management, Board of Directors and Audit Committees. It provides nuggets of information concerning risk, internal control, governance, ethics, and the changing role of internal auditing. I obtained permission to publish this month's edition.
