Technology and Governance News

The Office of the Comptroller of Puerto Rico’s website is very interesting.

The section “Folletos y Afiches” has an interesting booklet available for download and entitled "Las Mejores Practicas para la Adquisición, Desarrollo, Utilización, y Control de la Tecnología de Información”. It gives insight into the Controller’s view point on the acquisition, development, use, and control of Information Systems. It’s a must read for government Information Technology auditors.
